Using the CARE for MDD app

Accessing and completing the brain exercises
Your brain exercises and therapeutic lessons can be accessed from the home screen. You will need to complete your therapeutic lesson before you can access your brain exercise.
The app will give you directions on how to complete the brain exercises. The exercise may feel difficult at times, but that is normal.
Remember, it's not about speed or accuracy. The exercise is designed to keep your brain challenged and engaged.
Accessing the therapeutic lessons
Therapeutic lessons are stored in the learn library and can be accessed by selecting 'Learn'.
Therapeutic lessons will be released for on-demand use once completed and can be found by selecting 'My Toolkit'.
What about text messages and in-app notifications?
When you set up CARE for MDD, you will have the choice to set up a daily notification to remind you of your task for that day. Alternatively, you can set up reminders in your smartphone calendar, or you can skip reminders altogether.
You will also receive text messages that are tailored to you and your progress on your treatment journey and include content to reinforce what you have learned from the therapeutic lessons.
Accessing and editing your profile
You can view and edit your profile from the home screen by touching the profile icon on the top right of the home screen.
